Micheline Bartlett, A.O.C.A., ARIDO, IDC
PRINCIPAL


Principal of Intercede Facility Management Ltd., Micheline graduated with honours in interior design from the Ontario College of Art. While attending O.C.A., she was awarded the Office Speciality Scholarship and the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario's medal for proficiency in interior design.

Micheline worked for several design firms and specialized in corporate relocations before forming Intercede Facility Management Ltd. in 1981. She is an active member of ARIDO (Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario), where she sat on the Board of Management for six years, chairing the Education Com- mittee and acting as Secretary for the Association. She also sits on the advisory board for Humber College's facility management program and is a past president of the Toronto Chapter of IFMA (International Facility Management Association). She was the recipient of a Gold ARIDO Award in 2001.

Lesley A. Melliship, B.I.D., ARIDO, IDC
SENIOR ASSOCIATE


Senior Associate at Intercede Facility Management Ltd., Lesley graduated with honours from the Department of Interior Design, School of Architecture, at the University of Manitoba in 1977. She was the recipient of the Finn Juhl Prize in Design.

Lesley joined Intercede in 1983 as a senior designer and currently acts as Senior Associate. Lesley was invited to sit on the Technical Review Committee for submissions to the Kichener City Hall architectural competition, participated in the judging of the International Illumination Design Awards. She has also taught an introduction to facilities management course to the 3rd year interior design students at Humber College and currently chairs the advisory board for the department. She is registered for Building Permit Application as required by BILL124.

Maria Biber, D.I.D., ARIDO, IDC, LEED® AP
ASSOCIATE


Maria is an associate with Intercede. She studied architecture at Federico Villarreal University of Peru and practised for 2 years as a junior architect in Lima, Peru. After relocating to Toronto, she graduated with honours from the interior design program at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Maria has successfully completed the ARIDO Building Code Course for Designers, Cad Resources' AutoCad Course for Designers and the NCIDQ (North American Council of Interior Design Qualification) Examination. She was the recipient of a Gold ARIDO Award in 2001.

Mattia DiPietro, D.I.D., Intern ARIDO
ASSOCIATE


Mattia graduated with honours from the interior design program at Humber College of Applied Arts and Technology in Toronto in 1998. Upon successful completion of her undergraduate thesis, Mattia received an ARIDO award for outstanding achievement. Since joining Intercede in 2000, Mattia has made a valuable contribution to the firm in all aspect of design process as well as relocation management and the development of signage packages. In 2007 she was appointed an associate with the firm.
